Make sure that the link(s) in your email aren't being seen as mismatched URLs by SPAM filters. This will help to maximize your deliverability!
Hatchbuck (and most email service providers like us) use link tracking, so when you send an email through Hatchbuck we adjust the link code in order to track it. This comes in handy when providing you with the link activity report.
Because a common phishing technique is to hide a malicious link under a seemingly legitimate one (e.g. www.yourbank.com/verify), some email clients will see the mismatch between your link (www.url.com) and the code underneath (with the tracking information attached) and reject your content as SPAM.
But no need to worry! There is an easy solution to this problem.
When sending emails out of Hatchbuck, be sure to hyperlink words of text like "my website" or "schedule here" instead of including a URL like www.website.com. That way, it won't look like a masked link. Here's an example from a Hatchbuck email:
