Follow these steps: 

  • From the Contact List View select the Edit Column icon
  • You can check (or un-check) the columns you want to display in the main view, or, drag and drop any of the column names to change the display order on the screen 
  • "Show Columns" are the columns that will appear in your main contact list view 
  • "Available Columns" contain all of the data that you have for your contact records (both default and custom field information)
  • Click "Apply" 
  • Your column headers display in bold with your data underneath, you can click into any of these headers to sort the data in ascending / descending order
