1. Cancel from your Email History Report

From your Dashboard, select Reports > Emails > Email History

You will then see a list of all Scheduled Emails. Just click on the Email Subject of the email you would like to edit and a pop-up window will appear.

Use the Actions drop down to reschedule or cancel the email.

Note: If an email is scheduled for multiple people, this will reschedule or cancel for the entire group. 


2) Cancel from an individual Contact Record

Within the Activity Feed of the contact's record, click on the Email Subject of the email you would like to edit and a pop-up window will appear.

Use the Actions drop down to reschedule or cancel the email.
