For a video tutorial on Zapier and how it integrates with Hatchbuck, click here.

Zapier is an amazing solution that allows you to easily connect and integrate with web apps you use, taking advantage of already-programmed API connections. Whether you use Hatchbuck on the Trigger or Action side, you'll be able to send and/or receive data on the contact level (including contact custom fields!).

Check out what they offer!

Using Hatchbuck as a trigger app in Zapier will allow you to automate zaps via an automation. Webhook automations work just like any other automation step in Hatchbuck. They can be triggered as a campaign step, from a link click, on a form submission and everywhere else you use Hatchbuck automations.

Using Hatchbuck as an action app in Zapier will allow you to automate a couple things in Hatchbuck:

  • Creating a Contact
  • Tagging a Contact

Zapier is a pay-per-integration solution, so you do incur a cost for more than 5 "Zaps". Here is their pricing page.

Need a few examples? Check out the example Zaps below, the Hatchbuck Zap book, or head to the Integrations section of Hatchbuck (Account Settings > Integrations) for some pre-built Zaps!
