Why didn't my Zap / Webhook work?
Why didn't my Zap / Webhook work?
Once you've created your zap and set up a webhook automation, there a few common reasons your webhook may have failed.

- Make sure your zap is turned on in Zapier. If you have made ANY changes to your existing Zaps (account, template, etc), Zapier will automatically turn that zap to "off". Also be sure to turn on newly created Zaps - the default is for them to be 'off' after creation. As soon as you turn them on, Hatchbuck will automatically update and enable your webhook.
- In Hatchbuck, ensure each webhook has a status of "Enabled."
