By customizing your list view in Hatchbuck's Deal section you will be able to see the information most relevant to you and your company. You can add as many columns as needed in order to see all pertinent information.
Note that this is sticky per user, so each sales rep can choose the columns most important to them.
To get started, click the show columns icon within the Deals List View:
You will see two sections within this box:
Show Columns will give you a list of all columns that are currently being displayed.
Available Columns lists all of the fields that are available to display in the list view.
Check or un-check the columns you would or would not like to see.
You also have the ability to control the order that these columns will be displayed. Click the 3 lines icon to the right of the column name and drag it to the appropriate spot in the list.
Once you have selected the columns that should be displayed in your list view, click the green APPLY button. Your Deals List View will refresh and will populate the columns specified.
Note: If you choose more columns than Hatchbuck is able to display across the screen, you can use the scroll bar at the bottom of your list to see the additional columns.
