If you haven't used a system like BenchmarkONE before, you may be unfamiliar with the concept of website visitor tracking. We're here to help!

Why should you track your website visitors?

The simple answer is because it allows you to send the right information to the right people at the right time, increasing your contact's engagement with your marketing efforts and increasing sales!

Here are a few examples of how this works:

  • BenchmarkONE's webpage tracking is integrated with our Contact Scoring so that contact scores increase as contacts click around your site. You will be able to easily sort by your most engaged contacts in your contact list view.

  • You can view this activity from your dashboard to get a great feel for which pages on your site are visited most often, and which contacts are on your site at that exact time.

  • You can automate through webpage tracking with things like Tags. This will allow you to tag individual pages and start monitoring your contacts' interests and behaviors through that tag score. You'll then be able to set up a Tag Rule to trigger automations, such as alerting a sales rep if a contact has visited the pricing page three times.

As you can see, webpage tracking can help you segment your leads and focus your great marketing efforts specifically on those more engaged (and more likely to buy)!
