Username and Password

Changing your username and password in BenchmarkONE is quick and easy. Here's how.

To edit your username and/or password:

  • Click the icon in the top right hand corner of your BenchmarkONE account and navigate to: Account Settings > My Info > Username and Password

  • Use the button Change Username or Change Password. Note that passwords must be 8 characters long and contain a letter and a number.

  • Once your edits are made, be sure to Save Changes at the bottom right
